What my person says about me
Miss Brooks was discovered by a kindly utility worker in an electrical box. He brought her to our shelter. The staff named her Tesla. I fell in love with her photo and adopted her. She was the most beautiful cat I'd ever seen--she had a long, lithe body and four of the biggest feet that ever graced a cat--she was a polydactyl. She looked as if Dr. Seuss had drawn her. She was the glue that held my other cats together. She left us at 4 years old, from an undetected heart condition. And our own hearts are breaking.
