What my person says about me
A mom at just 6 months old, this beautiful cat was living on the streets, whatever contact she had with humans was fleeting and likely not positive. Her beautiful kittens were adopted quickly but she could not be returned to where she had been trapped, so came to me a spitting, hissing feral cat and I had no idea what to do with her. Eight years later Maya and I still have a complicated relationship, but I love my wild girl and in her way I think she loves me, too.
