A little about me...
Titoose (Titus) was my first HELP cat. He was rescued in January from a large feral colony since he was the sickest one there at that time. When I took him home, he was recovering from chronic diarrhea, herpes in both eyes and stomatitis. I kept him apart for only 2 days before he told me he wanted out NOW to be with our other cats. His meow melted my heart so he got anything he wanted. He could swat a puff ball with accuracy better than any baseball player. He took on our bigger male cats and chased them around like he was ten times stronger and bigger than them. He loved back scratches and begged for them. Eventually all his teeth were taken out. Somehow he broke two bones in his back foot. He had surgery to remove a polyp in his ear. i got him through every medical problem thrown at me. Then the limp started. Eventually he lost the use of a back leg. A special area with bed and ramp was set up for him. I carried him around the yard when the weather was nice so he could enjoy the view and fresh air. One day in late March of this year, his calm green eyes told me a message I did not want to understand or listen to at that time, but he was done. The cancer won. He was the biggest baby and yet the toughest cat at the same time that I have ever owned. RIP my little Tuffy boy, The pain of your loss is still there and I miss you.
