Rules

• Entry Fees are $5 per photo entry.
• Photos of cats and dogs are accepted. Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from the HELP Humane to be eligible to enter this contest.
• Your photo may contain more than one pet.
• Your photo must be a high-resolution photo so that your photo is adequately sized for publication (if one of the winning entries for the calendar, the photo will be enlarged to ~8" x ~10"). If your photo appears to be grainy, you will be notified.
• People are not allowed in your photo, only pets.
• All photos of cats must depict them in an indoor setting.
• We cannot accept Polaroids, heavily edited photos, photos with stickers or doodles or any copyrighted or professional photos.
• If your pet wins, but your photo is not high enough quality, we will ask you for a new photo.
• Once entered, photos become the property of the HELP Humane to be used for print and marketing purposes.
• All rights to photos will be subject to the contest privacy and usage policies as seen on the privacy policy notification on this site.
• If you enter your pet more than once using different pictures, only one can be in the top 12 winning photos.
• Online entries must be submitted before October 25, 2020, at 8:00 p.m. CDT*.

• Donation Fees are $1 for each vote.
• Online votes for photo entries must be submitted before October 25, 2020, at 8:00 p.m. CDT*.

All proceeds will go toward the care of the pets at HELP Humane.
