Bio/Story
Dottie was adopted from HELP in 2008 at 10 months old. We were told that she was found one morning tied up to the pole outside of the shelter. Dottie enjoys sleeping and playing ball. She also loves cuddling with her baby(toy). She has truly made herself the number 1 in our family and always keeps us on our toes!
