I found Charlie one cold day in Feb living on a short chain, no food or water and no place to get in out of the weather. We had a heavy snow that day and the house he was living at was empty. I removed him from his chain and carried him to my car. Charlie was my best friend for almost 16 years. I believe he knew he was rescued and was one of the best dogs that ever owned me. He remained loyal to me until the end. I lost Charlie 3 years ago.
