Adoption Story
I came to HAL after growing up on a farm. My first owners left me with a improperly healed broken leg… but that hasn’t kept me from living life! HAL provided me with a new start by surgically repairing my leg and Mama Colleen and Daddy Jason taught me how to love and trust. Right before Thanksgiving, my furever mama met Mama Colleen at a HAL meet and great. Mama Meg had taken my (now swisster) Winnie to get a bath and the universe just brought us all together. From the moment I met my furever family, it felt like I was meant to be with them… and that means everything, because my Daddy Heath is rarely certain about anything :) We are all so stinking grateful to HALs staff and volunteers for the way their organization brings blessings to these amazing animals!
