Adoption Story
My girls and I adopted Oakley from HAL as a hospice pup. Born with 5 different heart abnormalities, he was given a 2 year maximum lifespan by the vet during his initial checkup. At his second cardiology appointment this week, the vet said if the conditions do not worsen by the time he grows and matures, then he should live a full and normal life!! To say we are ecstatic is an understatement! This boy has completed our family and has brought so much fun and laughter to our home. We absolutely adore him ❤️
