Cobalt is a Hope Animal Rescue puppy. We only fostered Cobalt for 3 days but already fell in love with her. Cobalt loves to go to dog parks and play with other dogs. Cobalt has beautiful blue and brown eyes and a deeply thinking philosopher face. After all the hard thinking from her tiny head, Cobalt is ready for a nap.
