Cooper was a rescue from BARC in Bklyn. This month marks the first anniversary of his passing (at nearly 15 years!). There is no better way to honor my amazing buddy than to enter the HAR photo contest to raise money to rescue other pets. Cooper was a Belgian Malinois mutt blessed with all the intelligence you'd expect, along with a big, lovable, outgoing, expressive personality. XO! Coopy-Doo!
