I adopted Cosmo in May 2014. He was part of a boarding situation and he was rescued by the shelter where I worked.
Cosmo has a birth defect and can't use his rear legs. His bladder must be manually expressed as well. None of this slows him down, however. He is a happy, confident little guy and I'm blessed to have him!
