Pet Photo Contest Rules

Any pet, of any type, can enter the contest.
One pet per photo. People are not allowed in the photo, only your pet.
Your photo must be high-resolution so that your photo can be successfully enlarged for publication in the calendar. Minimum 1600 pixels x 2000 pixels is preferred for printing purposes. We will contact any winning entries if there needs to be an improvement to the quality or if you need to provide an alternate photo.
Once entered, Hospice Muskoka has the right to use your photo for marketing purposes, including social media.
All photo submissions will be displayed online. Once a photo is uploaded, it will appear in the online gallery on our contest website and will be open to voting by the general public.
Each vote cost $1 donation with a minimum of 5 votes per transaction. Votes will be accepted online from 7:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, March 10, 2023 until 10:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Friday, March 31, 2023.
Winners will be determined by popular vote.
All votes are charitable donations to Hospice Muskoka and are fully tax-deductible as permitted by law. All participants whose donations total $20.00 or more during the full time of the contest will receive an emailed receipt for their total contribution.
Contest donations are processed by a secure payment processor. You can donate using all major credit cards and Visa and MasterCard debit cards.
Hospice Muskoka reserves the right to disqualify at any time any photo it determines to be unsuitable.
