Ruby came home just before covid-19 began and the lockdowns officially started. I had to drop everything and drive 6 hours away to get her before I had originally planned to go because we weren't sure when everything was going to shut down and if I'd be able to make the trip.
She is a Great Bernese (half Bernese mountain dog and half great Pyrenees) and while she is a fairly large dog, not only is she scared of EVERYTHING, but she also loves to be a lap dog and smother me with cuddles and kisses. But I wouldn't have it any other way! She is the sweetest little bear once she knows you and you give her a few treats. You gotta work for her love!
