ellie is a 1 year old morkie (maltese-yorkie mix)! she is nine pounds of cuteness and she’s smart too! ellie likes to surprise us by hiding her bones around the house; we find goodies in our beds, in the couch, in piles of laundry, and buried in the snow—she is so smart she always remembers exactly where she’s hidden her things. ellie is obsessed with our senior dog, bella. she follows bella everywhere, lays with her all day, and cries when bella is away from her. ellie will stick next to bella while she’s eating a bone or a treat and try to catch the scraps (leaving her own bones and treats untouched). ellie can be sweet, dramatic, and sometimes pretty loud. we are so happy to have her in our family, she was the missing piece we didn’t know we needed. none of us knew someone so little could make such a big impact in our lives!
