Nugget has always had a calming presence. He helps his mommy, who is a mental health therapist. He sits beside her when she is helping people. He sometimes comes with his mommy to work so that he can comfort people that are having a hard time in life. Nugget’s gentle soul makes him a special little angel put on earth.
