Our sweet Della Mae Dawn Henley is a pure bred English Springer Spaniel and was born July 24, 2023. She is the first family pet for our family. She is a house companion and we hope she will also be a water bird hunting retriever. She is named after my husband Cory's great great grandmother Mae and her best friend Della, combined with Dawn Henley, as Cory is the lead singer in an Eagles cover band called Los Desperados. Della Mae loves both snow and water and fun fact - Springer spaniels have webbed feet! She has made our family complete and gets cuter every day.
