Cooper joined our family in February 2019 after losing a former dog in a car accident. He himself was found on the streets before ending up at HBR. After joining our family we like to say that he helped heal us and we helped heal him. This cutie pie is full of personality and wiggles with a constant need for attention. We joke that we are his emotional support humans!
