We are still debating who rescued whom... Lily (Lilith) came into our lives soon after we lost or beloved boxer of 10 years. We did not think we were ready to get another dog but through an unlikely set of circumstances we ended up at the Boxer Rescue Kennel in Hewitt. We had met some of their dogs and they said they had a new dog that just arrived but they knew nothing about her. They brought her around the corner and my husband said "that's her..." Lily came right up to him a laid her head in the crook of his arm. That was the first chapter of our, hopefully, long family story.
