Oliver

A little about me...
Born May 2017. Adopted August 2022. Came into our home and immediately assumed the role of beloved monarch, fashion icon, and head of neighborhood security.

Oliver is a deeply committed sun worshipper, luxury blanket connoisseur, and scarf enthusiast. He believes meals should be frequent, bones should be plentiful, and all delivery trucks are obviously his personal transportation service. UPS, FedEx, Amazon? He is certain they are all arriving to collect him for a glamorous social engagement.

Walkies are not merely his favorite part of the day. Walkies are his purpose, his passion, his life’s work.

At home, he adores his cat siblings and is still conducting an intensive evaluation of our two foster puppies to determine whether they are delightful new subjects or simply very loud interns.

Oliver has many firm opinions. He does not do rain. He does not do cold. He does not do wet. He does not do fruits or vegetables because, frankly, he is not a rabbit and would appreciate your respect on that matter.

And then there are armadillos.

To Oliver, armadillos are not harmless little backyard creatures. They are a direct threat to civilization. A personal insult. A criminal enterprise. If he spots one, he reacts as though he alone has been chosen to defend the family, the neighborhood, and possibly the entire state of Texas.

Squirrels, lizards, and frogs? Beneath his notice.
Armadillos? Villains.

Oliver is beauty, drama, appetite, and chaos in one handsome package.
