The day I adopted Patsy (formerly named Roxanne) from the SPCA I was just going to look. She caught my eye immediately. I was just getting over the loss of my beloved dog of 15 years Roxy. I asked to hold her in the little room there where you can visit with the pets. She crawled right on my lap and my heart melted!! She's been a perfect fit in our family!!
