Tchopitoulas Joe looks like a goat but at heart he's actually a big old dog. He enjoys riding in the car, long walks in the country, and ear rubs (really, any part of his body will do). He enjoys spending free time playing chase with his dogs, staring in windows hoping someone will open the door so he can come in the house, and eating the neighbors' roses. He also enjoys napping in your lap.
