Frankie is a one year old rescue found on the street in the 5th Ward when he was four months old and weighed 4 lbs., and now we can't imagine our lives without him. He's very friendly and loves playing with people and other dogs especially at the dog park. He loves to wear a life jacket even though he doesn't really like to swim. We love Frankie!
