We adopted Tucker after he came to the SPCA on an ambulance as a tiny puppy found all gashed up on the side of a road in north Harris County. This is how he looked when the SPCA let him come home with us with a little life preserver collar around his neck after 3 surgeries to protect all of his many stitches. We adore him!!
