Rufus showed up at our back door as a stray...super skinny, heartworm positive, with a leather collar tightly around his neck, almost embedded. Nobody claimed or wanted him. He seemed to be just an ordinary mixed mutt red dog.
BUT as it turns out, he is EXTRAORDINARY! Loving, smart, mischievous, hilarious, loyal, protective, and all around AWESOME! We have a mutual love affair and he will forever be our RufusDog!
