I fell in love with Penny Lane, a Papillon/Dachsund mix, at the SPCA two months ago. Penny was in a home with too many pets and did not have the opportunity to shine! Penny is the best cuddler and outdoor companion, especially in her bike basket. In recent weeks, she has come out of her shell and is full of energy and great at making friends. Penny is a true super star!
