Jake is a stub-tailed Manx rescue. When found in May 2014, he was a 4-week-old, 14-ounce ball of white fur sitting alone under a huge pine tree, covered in fleas and squealing for all he was worth. Jake spent his first night in our guest bathtub, nestled in a towel under a stuffed bear. He still sleeps there. Favorite items to chase: rubber bands, socks, geckos, his Maine Coon Uncle Leo, flashlight beams, toes.
