This is about the LAFD.

Jack Russell Terriers are a crazy intelligent breed. I thought I could train her . . . ended up trying to hire two different dog trainers. Lol. They didn't want anything to do with her. But over time . . . she is amazing. She should've been EOD.

I got Finn because I just kept seeing seniors at my dad's retirement home that didn't receive many visitors. She brings a different exciting energy that therapy dogs lack at the retirement homes with residents and staff. She will even talk with a few of them. A few suffering from memory loss might not remember her name, but when they see her . . . they light up. Retirement/Assisted Living homes offer a lot and do a LOT. But there are a few seniors that just prefer not to participate in community events.

Finn fills that void with laughter. A lot of dogs will do that, if you know your dog.

She's also chasing raccoons out of crawlspaces now ands plays with some of her paw mates large/small at the local daycare.

Some of us veterans look for purpose after leaving military service. I joined Team Rubicon and continued my service throughout the country. When I get back from these tragic events, Finn has been there.

Look up "Zoomie" in the dictionary and you will see a picture of her.

She's just an awesome and fearless hound!
