Rubio was found as a stray on the streets of the Dominican Republic 9 years ago. I didn't know I was getting a dog during my travels but I just couldn't leave him behind. Since then, he has been the sweetest companion and a willing participant in all of our antics. This little guy would never "ghost" you but he will definitely show you some tricks, provided you supply the treats of course!
