Pet's Bio or Adoption Story
Tao's a handsome thoroughbred who entered the rescue underweight. During his stay, he gained muscle & weight and even battled a hoof infection that kept him laid up for months at a time which often made him cantankerous - which made many potential adopters shy away - especially with him being 16.3 hh. However, as soon as Nicole (a volunteer at the time) saw him - it was love at first neigh - for both of them. She would arrive and he would nicker at her and follow her around like an angelic puppy. While it took months to get things together but eventually - right before Christmas, she brought him to his forever home where they are still truly, madly & deeply in love.
