Cat's Story or Bio
In 2019 my nephew was simultaneously graduating from College and being deployed overseas. He needed to find a home for his kitten. We agreed to take her. She made her way to Vermont from Virginia via a long car trip with my Brother and Sister-in-Law (that is a story in itself) after my nephew's graduation . At the time we shared our home with a gentle 13 year old Pomeranian and after some initial detente, they were friendly and hung out together. We've never had a "tuxedo" cat and her original name was Tuna. Tuna didn't really seem to suit her and we changed it to Luna-tunatic. We call her Luna. We kept her inside for over a year, but one day she went out on our deck and in our fenced yard. The Pomeranian has passed, but Luna comes when called better than our two new puppies.
