My cat is fabulous because:
Winifred (Wini) was adopted from HSCC about a year and a half ago. She was a transport kitten from a litter in Texas who all lost at least one eye from neglect — and the only kitten to lose both. You'd never know it.

Wini is spry, silly, sassy, and sweet. She tears around the house with reckless abandon, chases the other cats, makes a dedicated effort to steal your snacks, and spends a lot of time snuggled up with her newest best friend, our infant son, Atticus. Visitors are often shocked to learn she has no eyes, as she strides up to them with full confidence looking for pets, attention, and a good leg rub.

Our lives are so much brighter for having this sightless, spirited little soul in our hearts and home. Please vote for Wini!
