How we met
Our young daughter wanted a furry friend, so as a family we went to Catawba Valley Animal Services and adopted him. First named Outlaw, we quickly changed his name to "Biscuit," which our daughter selected.

What is the best trick your pet has taught you?
Always eager to please and play with anyone (humans, cats, dogs, etc.), this 75-pound pup has taught us patience and an increased love and admiration for the joys in life a furry friend can bring a family.

What is the strangest thing about your pet
Like many other dogs, Biscuit gets the "zoomies" frequently; however, he loves to grab his red frisbee (when he picks it up, it looks like his face is in a picture frame) and take off racing around the house like a racehorse. He is extremely fast and agile, and he will run numerous times until finally exhausting himself.

Does your pet have a favorite toy or activity?
Biscuit's red frisbee (which is viewable in the photo) is his favorite toy. When calm and in his play pen, his favorite "stuffy" is a giraffe that he will love on and squeak for a long time.
