How we met
Our family went to rescue a dog at the Forsyth County Animal Shelter. We saw another family walking him and fell in love, hoping they wouldn’t want him! They didn’t so we met “Woodrow” and he was ours. He wears a bow tie year round except, when he swims which as you can see he loves the pool! He is an amazing loving obedient boy- From day 1 he has shown us his appreciation for the life we have given him. But what he has given us has been been greater and the the most precious gift of love and devotion.

What is the best trick your pet has taught you?
How to save people in the pool! He is our Lifeguard. He was even a Lifeguard for Halloween. He jumps in swims next to adults to make sure they are safe and has put children arm floats in his mouth and pulled them to edge - he does this because he feels splashing means the swimmer is in distress!

What is the strangest thing about your pet
He will head butt you while sleeping because he wants to “get under” the covers

Does your pet have a favorite toy or activity?
He will take his “baby” outside with him to pee the baby stays in his mouth. If he drops it to run in you say “you left your baby” and he will go back and get it!
