Atlas is the poster child for local rescues. A true junkyard dog, he was rescued by a good Samaritan in Charlotte which allowed him to be put up for adoption by North Meck Animal Rescue. He loves to frequent the streets, restaurants, and breweries of Charlotte, and melts the heart of everyone he meets.
