Harriet was rescued from the Charlotte SPCA. She was found wandering the streets with a deep wound on her shoulder which required 18 staples and also was heartworm positive. Despite all her hardships, she’s as loving as can be and makes me laugh every day. I would imagine her unique look being on a beer label would cause most people to stop in their tracks. Vote for Harriet to prove that ugly (aka beautiful) rescue dogs are simply the best!
