Oliver is a sweet and hyper pup who was found as a lone stray when he was a small puppy, only a few months old. He was rescued by another humane society and found a loving home where he zoomies often. He enjoys puzzles involving treats and exploring. Meeting new people and animals is one of his favorite things to do. He gets distracted by the wonderful world around him and loves to spread joy with his happy wiggles and tail wags. He should win as he brings happiness everywhere he goes and he is a strong role model for rescue pups everywhere that it is possible to find a home that fits.
