Roscoe is an alum from Carolina Boxer Rescue. He was dumped at the shelter. I fostered him, fell in love, and adopted him. Unfortunately, a year ago Roscoe was diagnosed with degenerative myelopathy, a fatal genetic condition that is paralyzing his back legs. Roscoe uses a wheelchair to get around and has a hard time standing. He is a great poster dog for Rescue and creating awareness about this horrible disease. I think it would be amazing to have a disabled rescue dog on a beer can.
