We adopted Luna through Phoenix Rising Border Collie Rescue one year ago. She was pretty much a feral dog who had lived her life outside when the rescue picked her up from a local shelter. She had huge trust issues as she had very little contact with people. This little girl who had no clue what having home and her own family was about quickly bonded with us and her sister Abbey. She had no idea what toys were but true to the Border Collie breed, soon became a total frisbee fanatic. She is a vocal and expressive little girl and oh so dramatic and funny. We believe her now happy and confident little face truly represent the importance of rescuing and adopting dogs in need. You will change their lives just as much as they will change yours.
