She’s a miracle pup! A week after adoption, I had to take Una to the emergency vet from eye removal complications. It took 4 emergency visits, 3 surgeries, 2 transfusions, 12 prescriptions, 5 overnight stays at the vet, removal of 1 blood clot the size of a softball, several staples, and -1 eyelid before she finally came home. Even after that, her eyelid had died from necrosis so her stitches popped open. Through the entire nightmarish situation she kept wagging her tail. Now she’s as healthy as can be and is living her best life with 3 cat siblings!
