Banjoe was found as a stray. A dog foster family took him in as a kitten. They could not keep him due to the to their foster dogs who were not fond of cats. He ended up at Greater Charlotte SPCA. He was showcased at Petsmart, where he was adopted. Poor Banjoe, the guy who adopted him, returned him. Banjoe did not like uptown apartment living. So he returned to Petsmart. We saw him and fell in love. Unfortunately, we could not adopt him right away. Three months later, we went back to see if he was still available. It was our lucky day! See we needed a farm cat. Based on his personality, they allowed him to come live with us. He takes his job seriously. He protects us from mice, voles, and baby possums! It goes to show you that with the right family life can be grand!
