Bella is an HSC Alumni!
Years ago on the adoption hunt, she stole my heart with an online photo. Arriving at the Humane Society of Charlotte I was told she had been adopted to later learn in the back that she was indeed there after being returned. Nothing could have been more meant to be.
She’s been with me since I was a young adult and has been through it all with her mama. Now I’m also a human mom and she’s the best big sister. For 13 years now, I’ve woke up to her beautiful face and endless love and I’m so incredibly grateful for that. She keeps my heart beating.
Adopting Bella didn’t save her, she saved me.
