Chewie was adopted from Rover’s Rescue & Retreat in Oct. 2019 at the age of 3. He was basically a guard dog or “out door doorbell” at an auto shop when he was turned into a county animal control and then pulled by Rover’s. He’d alert to anyone entering the property. He was heart worm positive had had spent most his life outside. He’s Irish Wolfhound something and the sweetest pup, though we’re still working on some anxiety and fear issues. He is an old soul who just craves love, and tries to do his best. Sometimes he makes bad choices, as do we all, but he’s working on it. He’s a really good boy.
