Penny Lane’s mom was rescued from HSC when she was pregnant. Penny is a wild and happy girl that brings so much entertainment and joy to our home and lives. She loves to run and play with her canine brother, Charlie. Regardless if she wins or not, she is My Queen Kitty for sure! And, who can resist that little mustache?
