Phillip has never met a person, pet or stick he doesn’t like. This little guy is full of love and personality. He almost lost one of his eyes at sixth months and now has limited sight and due to his jaw birth defect has some struggles eating and clearly cannot contain his tongue but he takes it all just a pep in his step and it just makes life easier to give out kisses to everyone he meets.
