Taquito came into our lives completely by accident. My fiancée and I were traveling through Greenville, SC back to Charlotte when my fiancée pointed out a sign for the Humane Society, and we decided to “just take a look”. When we walked in the door, out of the corner of my eye I saw sleepiest kitten to grace this earth, all curled up so perfectly in a bed. I knew immediately he had to came home with us. Little did we know, just how mighty his personality was! We got him in the car and he meowed endlessly to get out of the carrier and demanded to to be wrapped up in a blanket like a lil taquito! 😌😂 To this day nothing has changed, Taki still meows any time he’s near blankets, demanding to be wrapped up and carried. Other than napping, he enjoys goofing around with his sister Matcha and loves to bring us socks/other clothes he finds, which is his way of gifting us! He has brought us so much joy and love over the last two years and we could not be more happy about our choice to stop by that day.
