Rell is a one-eyed wonky-tailed ginger with a speech impediment. She is full of spunk and loves chasing her sibs around and chirping at birds. She's the funniest little girl, and she'd make an outstanding representative! Her regular day includes cooing (because she can't meow), snuggling under the covers, and pretending that she hasn't eaten / begging for food.

If she wins, she promises to keep her reputation clean for the sake of the brand, and to never ever be boring.
