Colby is a Raleigh rescue, 42 pounds, and part lemon beagle and Blue-tick coonhound. If you see him at a local brewery, he will shower you with kisses. If you wander by without saying hello, he may just give you one of his loud howls. He sounds like a seal when he barks.
