Despite being abandoned on the side of the road with his brother and found sick, Elvis is the sweetest, most loving boy! He’s a ball of energy and makes everyone who meets him laugh. He spends most of his days chasing around tennis balls, bothering his big fur sister, and cuddling with his humans.
