Mija (cat) and Canela (dog) are the cutest, sweetest girls in Charlotte. Mija was rescued as an adult since most people look over adult cats in the shelter. She was so shy and scared when I got her and now had blossomed into the funniest yet cuddliest cat on the planet, who even plays fetch like a dog. Canela is a pitbull mix rescue, the highest most looked over and euthanized rescue dog breed, and is defying stereotypes by being her amazing, hilarious, authentic self. These girls have SO much personality! Not to mention, this duo is extremely photogenic and they would look incredible on a can, individually or even as a rescue sister pair! They make my day every day and I’d love to have them make everyone else’s day that picks up one of these cans. :)
