Chief embodies love, he seriously loves love so much. He has never met a stranger, and his favorite activity is walking the rail trail acting like a celebrity and demanding all the head and belly rubs, and then popping in to the local pet store to pick out a treat.

Chief is a foster fail, through Rottweiler Hearts Rescue. He quickly won me over with his quiet confidence, ridiculously goofy personality, and his never ending cuddles.

He intentionally falls off the bed now because he knows it makes me laugh (the first time it happened was because his big old head was hanging off and the rest of his body went with it)😂

He spent months in the shelter after being confiscated by animal control, and he never let that get in the way of the joy he brings to the world, specifically the city of Charlotte, every single day. We would love to see him win the contest and become the face of Rescue Brew to highlight his resiliency and dedication to making everyone around him days better.
